To assess the condition of the roof and identify potential maintenance requirements, our team carried out a detailed drone survey and roof inspection. The external building façade was professionally soft washed to remove algae, atmospheric pollution, organic growth, and environmental staining. Specialist low-pressure cleaning techniques restored the appearance of the property while protecting painted surfaces, render, masonry, and architectural features.
Following cleaning and preparation works, exterior painting was undertaken to refresh and protect the building envelope. The project enhanced the property’s visual appeal while providing an additional layer of protection against weathering and environmental exposure.
A planned grounds maintenance programme was implemented to maintain landscaped areas surrounding the site. Services included grass cutting, hedge trimming, weed control, litter management, and general external upkeep to ensure the facility maintained a professional appearance throughout the year.
